There-it-Goes

Can it just be January now?

Reasons January has the potential to be fucking awesome:

• I’ll be back in NYC for a few days. IE my soul will be rejuvenated (hallelujah!) 
• Avenue Q will start up at work. So White Christmas can be over. It can also stop invading my brain with it’s annoyingly catchy tunes that get stuck in my head at 2am. And also at 10am. (No, bitch. You do NOT want to wash your hands, face and hair with snow. That’s how pneumonia happens.)
• My field placement starts. This means I have no homework. One thing due every two weeks for my seminar. I could…. I dunno. Start a hobby? Join a club? Read a book? Oh, AND I’ll actually be doing what my classes have been “preparing” me for for the last three years. 
• New year. Something just tells me that spring semester can only be better than fall. 
• One month closer to graduation.

So…. how long is it gonna take? Rumor has it about 21 days but I’m thinking we can do better than that. Come onnnnnn universe.
